For example researchers generally use 50 mg, or higher, doses of N-Acetylneuraminic Acid and 70 mg, or larger, doses of N-Acetylgalactosamine. These are the levels where results are being seen. From this it should become apparent that there is no way that sufficient amounts of these four sugars can be had using natural supplements.
