The Swine Flu has an Achilles Heel
Press Release

Each year a million people die from the Swine Flu, 30,000 in the US alone. The swine flu, also known as H1N1, is an airborne contagion passed on from person to person.

GlycoMeds CEO, Dr. Roger Brown, explained the problem “Its been known for decades that the flu season is in the winter but no one knew why the flu wasn’t active in the summer as well. Recently researchers at Oregon State University found a relation between the flu and water vapor pressure (mb) in the air. When there is a small amount of water vapor in the air the flu is very active, which occurs in the winter. When there is a lot of water in the air the flu is less active, which occurs in the summer.”

Dr. Brown went on to explain what is meant by water vapor pressure. “Water vapor pressure is the amount of water contained in a volume of air. It is not the relative humidity of the air but it is the absolute humidity of the air. Relative humidity varies as the temperature changes while the water vapor pressure does not.”

“When the amount of water in the air is below 10 mb the flu is very active and when the amount of water in the air is above 10 mb the flu becomes less active. At 5 mb the flu is five times as infective as it is at 10 mb. At 20 mb the flu is only 20% as infective as it is at 10 mb. “

Dr. Brown summed it up when he said “The Swine Flu’s Achilles Heel is excess water vapor.” A white paper that goes into detail on how to limit swine flu infections can be found on GlycoMeds web site.

When asked about the killer version of the swine flu Dr. Brown said “In a normal swine flu outbreak most of the people that die are either younger than 10 years old or over 60 years of age. In the killer version of the swine flu most of the deaths are healthy people between the ages of 25 and 40. Here, the deaths are caused by the body’s immune system in a runaway process called a cytokine storm. Once this ‘storm’ starts there is no known medication or treatment that will stop it.”

“The only treatment is to keep the ‘storm’ from starting in the first place. To do this the flu virus needs to be completely killed within 12 hours of first noticing symptoms. Currently there is no FDA approved medication that will act fast enough to do this.” A white paper explaining Who and Why the killer version of the swine flu kills can also be found on GlycoMeds web site.
